COMMON RAIL TEST BENCH
NT1010 test bench can be used to test Common Rail Injector and Pump.
Function:
1. test common rail pump(include HP0 pump,the pump with 2 ZME metering units)
2. test common rail injector(BOSCH,DENSO,SIEMENS,DELPHI,CUMMINS,CAT,etc, include CUMMINS ISG/XPI injector).
3. Test 1 piece piezo injector。
4.Test 4 pin (BOSCH CRIN4) injector
5. test the injector's inductance and resistance
6. Injector coding can be generated, including Bosch IQA / IMA / ISA,Denso 16/22/24/26/28/30/32QR, Delphi I2C / I3C, Siemens IIC and Cummins XPI
7.Injector AHE test, atomization test, opening pressure test, etc.
8. Online remote assistance and system upgrade
Optional function:
1. Test Response Time(BIP) for common rail injector
2. Test CAT 320D pump
3. Test HP5/HP6 pump
